You can send your appointment request by filling in the form on this page, by phone or via WhatsApp. Requests sent through the form are reviewed during working hours and we get back to you with a suitable day and time. The clinic is open Monday to Friday 09:00–18:00 and Saturday 09:00–14:00.

  • Notes on when your symptoms started, how often they recur and what makes them worse
