How to Find Our Clinic

How to Reach Us

For questions about ear, nose and throat complaints or dizziness (vertigo), you can reach us by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail. You can also send your appointment request through the online appointment form; requests are answered during working hours.

The clinic is open Monday to Friday 09:00–18:00 and Saturday 09:00–14:00. If you have private health insurance, please see our list of contracted institutions.

For international patients: our clinic holds the International Health Tourism Authorization Certificate issued by the Republic of Türkiye Ministry of Health. We recommend contacting us by e-mail before planning your trip.

When contacting us by e-mail, please include your name, phone number and a short description of your complaint so that we can get back to you faster. In an emergency — for example, sudden severe dizziness accompanied by slurred speech, facial drooping, weakness in an arm or leg, double vision or confusion — call 112 (the emergency number in Türkiye) or go to the nearest emergency department without delay.
