Information for Insured Patients

Private health insurance coverage varies by policy type, coverage limits and exclusions. Before planning an examination, tests or surgery, we recommend confirming your outpatient and inpatient coverage with your insurance company. For procedures that require surgery, the pre-approval (provision) process is handled by the insurer. Mentioning your insurance company when booking helps us complete the paperwork faster on the day of your visit.

The clinic provides diagnosis and treatment of ear, nose, throat and head and neck diseases, with a particular focus on dizziness and vertigo, snoring and sleep apnea, sinus diseases and nasal surgery.

If you do not have insurance, or your policy does not cover the examination, you can call us for information about fees. Patients with complementary health insurance are also advised to confirm their coverage with their insurer in advance. You can also check your insurance company's list of contracted providers on its website or through its customer service line.

International patients can contact us by e-mail before travelling; our clinic holds the International Health Tourism Authorization Certificate issued by the Republic of Türkiye Ministry of Health.
